Refund / Cancellation Policy
We fully stand behind our Products! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to connect with us via email, phone or private message on social media so we can remedy your situation.
Subscribers that do not initiate a cancellation before the renewal date are not eligible for a refund. Flexible subscriptions plans (our month-to-month subscription) are refundable, but refunds requested after a subscription payment has been processed will not be honored. Flexible subscription plan cancellation requests will be honored at any time and only apply for future subscription billing periods. Pre-paid subscription plans are non-refundable.
